ToolsGPT ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website www.toolsgpt.us and provides free online tools for content creators. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum data required to operate our service:

  • Usage data: we may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics such as page views and general location (country level). This data is not used to identify you.
  • Images and text you use in our tools: the image tools (Add Text to Photo, Image Color Inverter, Image Resizer), Word Art Generator, generators, text and hashtag tools process your content in your browser. Your images and text are not uploaded to our servers.
  • Word Unscrambler: the letters you enter are sent to our server to search the dictionary and are not stored after the search.
  • Contact form: if you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message by email in order to reply. We keep these messages for up to 90 days.
  • Browser storage: the Word Art Generator can keep your recent designs in your browser's local storage on your device. You can clear them at any time with the "Clear" button or your browser settings.
  • Cookies: we use a session cookie for security (for example to protect forms and the admin area). If analytics or advertising are enabled, those services may set their own cookies.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not require account registration, so we do not collect usernames or passwords from regular users.
  • We do not collect social media credentials or logins.
  • We do not collect payment information (all tools are free).

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used only to operate and maintain our tools, respond to contact form messages, understand aggregate usage to improve the service, and keep the site secure.

5. Third-Party Services
